Spinal NRGY – A Holistic Approach To Recovery And Balance
Spinal NRGY is a profound, transformative experience that focuses on the spine, both physically and energetically. As the foundation of your nervous system, the spine plays a crucial role in regulating your energy and overall well-being. It also forms a bridge between different systems in your body.
A Spinal NRGY treatment supports you in releasing accumulated tension, restoring balance in the nervous system, and freeing up the natural flow of energy. This process helps you return to a state of inner peace and activates your body's self-healing capacity.
Each session is tailored to what your body needs at that moment. By applying in-depth knowledge of the nervous system and the spine, we can focus on specific tension patterns, complaints, or issues that require attention. But even without clear physical or emotional complaints, a session can set a lot in motion. Your body is repeatedly invited to activate its own intelligence and vitality.
This can manifest itself in increased vitality, clarity, a deeper connection with your intuition, or a sense of inner peace. It is not a quick fix, but an invitation to lasting change from within.
What Does A Session Look Like?
A session begins with a brief consultation, during which we discuss your situation and any complaints or wishes you may have. You can then take a comfortable position on the treatment table. You don't have to do anything—just lie down, relax, and open yourself up to whatever comes.
While you lie with your eyes closed, I tune in to what your body needs at that moment. Depending on what comes up, I work with gentle or firmer rhythmic touches, or purely energetically —without physical touch. Everything happens in direct alignment with your system.
Each session invites your body to release accumulated tension—emotional, energetic, and physical—to free up energy flows and activate its self-healing capacity. The nervous system plays a central role in this: in a safe environment, it is given the space to process and discharge experiences.
This process can provide relief from physical complaints, a feeling of freedom in your body, mental peace, deep relaxation, clarity, vitality, and a feeling of coming home to yourself.
What Can You Experience?
Each session is unique and tailored to your system. What you experience depends on what needs to be seen and felt at that moment. Together, we create a safe environment where nothing is strange and everything is welcome.
During a session, you may experience the following, among other things:
Subtle energetic sensations or a feeling of deep relaxation
Spontaneous movements, such as undulating impulses through your spine or body parts that want to move (also called "Spinal Waves")
Emotional release, such as laughing, crying, or shaking
A feeling of being lighter and freer
Insight, clarity, or direction on your life path
A deeper sense of connection with yourself and your body
Releasing old tension or stored trauma
Inner images, memories, or other sensory perceptions
Many people feel lighter, clearer, deeply relaxed, and more connected to themselves afterwards. Spinal NRGY is therefore a powerful way to bring body, mind, and soul back into harmony.
For Whom?
Spinal NRGY is suitable for almost everyone, regardless of age or experience. Babies, children, teenagers, and adults are welcome. Children up to the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Whether you are young or old, everyone can have a valuable experience that contributes to their well-being. Every session is different, and everyone responds in a unique way.
Contraindications include acute psychosis, epilepsy, and severe heart conditions. People with depression or anxiety disorders are welcome—Spinal NRGY sessions can have a positive effect on these conditions. Please note that antidepressants or anti-anxiety medications may suppress the effects of the energy, making the experience feel more subtle.

How Many Sessions Do i ‘Need’?
Everyone responds differently to Spinal NRGY, and the experience can also vary from session to session. Many people notice lasting changes after 3 to 6 sessions, especially if these take place within a shorter period of time—for example, with 1 to 2 weeks in between. In this way, the sessions build on each other, and the process deepens.
Spinal NRGY is not quick fix, but an invitation to slow down and follow your body's rhythm. After a more intensive phase, you can choose to schedule occasional sessions to maintain your balance.
Practical:
A session lasts approximately 90 minutes in total, including intake and conclusion. The treatment itself lasts an average of 45 minutes. We work in a quiet setting, often supported by music that helps you relax more deeply.
Cost for a single 90-minute session: €130, including VAT
Discount for a package of 3 sessions: €350, including VAT

Brief Background Information
The spine consists of 33 vertebrae that are connected to each other via cartilage and soft connective tissue. This structure protects the nervous system and, in particular, the spinal cord, which plays an essential role in communication between the brain and the body. Motor and sensory signals are exchanged via the spinal cord, making the spine indispensable for our physical health and freedom of movement.
The central nervous system (the brain and spinal cord) is surrounded by three protective membranes, of which the dura mater forms the outermost and strongest layer. This layer not only protects against physical damage and infections, but also plays a role in the energetic and emotional balance of the body.
Prolonged stress, emotional strain, and trauma can accumulate in the body and cause tension in the dura mater. This can manifest itself in symptoms such as headaches, neck and back pain, sleep problems, and even migraines.
During treatment, rhythmic movements and energetic alignment are used . This stimulates the flow of cerebrospinal fluid, allowing built-up tension in the dura mater to be released. This process encourages the softening of stored emotions and the release of old tensions and traumas.
When these blockages are touched and released, the body regains the space it needs to recover. Spinal NRGY not only supports physical complaints, but also has a deepening effect on an emotional and energetic level.
The Spine As An Energy Channel
In addition to its physical function, a subtle, life-sustaining energy also flows through the spine. This energetic flow is essential for life itself and for fully embodying our unique abilities as human beings. In many traditions, the spine is seen as sacred—as "the channel of consciousness" that connects body, mind, and soul.
There are three main energy channels, or nadis, that run along the spine: Ida, Pingala, and Sushumna. These channels regulate the flow of prana — life energy — and influence our mental clarity, vital force, and consciousness processes.
During a Spinal NRGY session, the intention is to open these channels and allow energy to flow through them. This is not something I force as a facilitator; it is your body that, when it feels safe and supported, finds its own way to relaxation, flow, and recovery. This creates space for a renewed connection with your inner strength and awareness.
